NASHVILLE – Americans in Nashville shared their 2023 New Year’s resolutions, which ranged from getting fit to being a good parent.
“It’s always the same,” one woman, Angie, told Fox News. “Spend time with friends and family.”
Another, Kenny, said: “Definitely to move out of my parents’ house.”

After a difficult few years due to COVID-19, the effects of pandemic lockdowns, and record inflation, several people said their goals for 2023 were to lose weight, stay healthy, and earn more money.
One man, Bill, said his goal was to “keep walking as long as possible.”
Blake, a Tennessee native, told Fox News his resolve was “to work, take care of the kids, be a good dad. That’s it.”
Nicky, a New Yorker visiting Nashville, said his resolutions for 2023 were to “be a better person and give more back.”

“I would say travel more,” said Jane, from Ohio. “What would you say?” she asked her husband, Brad.
“Worry more about people,” he replied.
Nicky said, “Be a better person, do more, give back and enjoy life more.”

Ray told Fox News that his New Year’s resolution was to “live life to the fullest, no matter who is president.”

Ray from Pennsylvania said his resolution was to “live life to the fullest no matter who is president.”
However, several people said they did not make New Year’s resolutions.
“I’m more of a person who takes small steps instead of a big resolution during the New Year,” Daniel said.
