Honey money – ₦31. 9 million
Directed by Ekene Som Mekwunye, the film follows Tobiloba, a young man in his 20s who is from a humble background. When he starts showing up at home with things he shouldn’t pay for, he faces strong opposition from his parents. Unknown to them, he belongs to a notorious gang.
The cast includes Timini Egbuson, Nancy Isime, Iyabo Ojo, Femi Branch, Junior Pope Odonwodo, and Lina Idoko.

The Kujus Again – ₦49 million
The comedy-drama quickly grossed over £17 million after opening in theaters on April 21, 2023. Now in its fifth week, the film earned £1 million over the weekend, boosting its earnings. totals to £49 million.
Directed by Esteban Biodunthe sequel to Introducing the Kujus (2020) continues the touching and hilarious drama of the Kuju family complete with an engagement and a wedding. New additions to the film include the CEO of Mavin Records Don Jazzy, DJ Big N, Ben Lugo, Sophia Augustine and Lilo Aderogba.
Arinfesesi – £4.6 million
Written by David Osarime, and directed/produced by Akinnayajo Babatunde, the film chronicles a road trip that turns into a nightmare when danger knocks on the door.
The cast includes Akin Lewis, Jaiye Kuti, Bolaji Ogunmola, Shawn Faqua, Oyindamola Sanni, and Jay Kuti.
The Bloom Boys – ₦18 million
Written by Awal Abdulateef, the film follows Kemi and her influential mother’s desperation to marry her off to the son of a billionaire.
The cast includes Timini Egbuson, Tobi Bakre, Bolanle Ninalowo, Shaffy Bello, Tina Mba, Gbenga Titiloye, Segun Arinze, and Diana Russell.
Despite showing for four weeks, the film has collected only ₦18.5 million. It comes in tenth place.
