Ayra Starr’s ‘Rush’ Retains No. 1, Young Jonn’s ‘Xtra Cool’ Climbs to NO.3 on TurnTable Top 100

‘Extra cool’ is Young Jonn’s second top ten entry in Nigeria, joining ‘Dada (Remix)’ with daviddo. It is also Young Jonn’s highest charting single as an artist, passing ‘Dada (Remix)’.

pheelz and David’s ‘Electricity’ repeat at No. 4 for another week after debuting and peaking at No. 3.

fire boy DML and Asake’s ‘Handkerchief’ moves 6-5 after topping the non-consecutive weeks scenes chart.

At #6 and #7 are two songs that were previously Asake’s #1. ‘Organize’ which drops one place to No. 6 and ‘Terminators’ dropping four places to No. 7 Bella Shmurda & omah puts‘s ‘Edge’ slides 7-8.

Rounding out this week’s top ten; victory & weather‘s ‘sowetto’ enters the top ten for the first time at No. 9; the song recorded 1.5 million streams (#16 streaming) and 49.6 million radio reach (#3 radio).

‘sowetto’ is Victony’s highest charting single in Nigeria as a lead artist, surpassing the No. 10 peak of ‘Kolmental’ on the defunct TurnTable Top 50. The artist peaked at number 8 as a featured artist with ‘Different size’.

For Tempoe, this is the first time the producer will break into the top ten as a billed artist. At number 10 is Blaqbonez & JAE5‘s ‘Back in college’ which debuts with 32 million in radio reach (#10 in radio) and 1.69 million streams (#11 in streaming).

Chart rankings in the Nigeria Top 100 are based on a weighted formula that incorporates audio and video broadcasts within Nigeria, as well as radio and satellite television broadcasts in the country. It is the first and only standard music chart in Nigeria, providing a comprehensive music activity including the official number 1 song in Nigeria.
