Multiple choice Nigeria recently introduced a new family-focused channel, Moonbug Kids. The Moonbug Kids feature exclusive preschool content like CoComelon and Supa Strikas. The channel also features entertainment shows including Blippi, Gecko Garage, Morphle Arpo, Little Angel and Oddbods.
The channel is available to both DStv (from the Confam package) and GOtv Max and Supa subscribers on Channel 314 and Channel 66, respectively.
Commenting on the company’s cooperation with DStv, Moonbug (EMEA & APAC) CEO Nicolas Eglau said: “This is an incredibly important deal for us and part of our broader strategy to roll out Moonbug Kids channels across pay TV platforms in EMEA and APAC”.
“Launching a premium linear channel with DStv is a key advantage of our digital-first approach. It allows us to structure the channel by applying our deep understanding of what children watch, including when and how they interact with content,” he added.
