Rico was in a terrible car accident earlier this week and has been under care, although he was in serious condition. The accident turned out to be tragic taking the life of the star.
Since then, many of her friends, colleagues, and fans have expressed their grief on social media.
Popular BBNaija show host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu wrote a heartfelt tribute on social media, describing the 29-year-old as the “warmest human being”.
“The real warmest human being. This is really heartbreaking… Rest in Peace Rico”, Ebuka tweeted.
BBNaija alum Dorathy Bachor also admitted that despite only meeting him two weeks ago, her impression of Rico made his death truly devastating, because he was so full of life.
“I met him just 2 weeks ago, so full of life, light and love. I hate that I couldn’t celebrate you when you were among us. God bless your soul, heaven definitely won an Angel Ric”
