WILLIAMSTOWN — The Williamstown Police Department released the following reports on Oct. 17:
October 15th
* Kenneth Everson Schultz, 24, Coolville, was arrested on an aggravated DUI charge following a traffic stop for a speeding violation on West Third Street. At the traffic stop, the officer noted signs of possible intoxication from Schultz and after failing field sobriety tests, Schultz was arrested and transported to the West Virginia Division of Corrections. His BAC tested .190. Schultz was arraigned in Wood County Magistrates Court and confined to the Division of Corrections in lieu of $5,000 bond.
* Kyra Mayle, 21, Vincent, was cited for speeding, 50 mph in a 35 mph zone, on West Third Street.
October the 17th
* Larissa Ann Brady, 39, was arrested by officers as a fugitive from justice on domestic extradition burglary charges from Jefferson County, Missouri. Brady was arraigned in Wood County Magistrates Court and confined to the WV Division of Corrections without bond pending extradition proceedings.
